About Plans and Pricing
The plans all come in three lengths, Trek, Journey, and Expedition, representing 3, 6, and 12 month terms. The base Trek, Journey, and Expedition get you a Video Consultation weekly, as well as a custom plan, progress tracking, and live support through text, and all the other benefits a personal trainer can bring to your life. From there, there are three levels of plans for Video Training Sessions, Hardy, Robust, and Rugged. Hardy plans come with two Sessions a week, Robust with three, and Rugged with four.
